She Found the Truth

You would think I see clearly now
Crystal clear and a fresh set of lenses
She whispers about the Other Realm and flashes the cards in front of me, pick your poison let me see?
I say no, I just want to be me.
She looks with a frown, in dismay I am not attracted to the fortune tellers
I say: “I am a woman of the ancient, and my ancestors go within”
You can find me in the cave
Trying to be brave.
She scoffs, ask the Spirits and Stars, they are your guide. Too bad a man told you to hide.
A man? I found my truth from me…born wild and free but chose guidance and peace
I defy the rules of the capital monster, touching my forehead to the ground, releasing my third eye to the vibrational floor
This is what truly opens doors
I recite the words of the past, reminding me of the unity of the one protecting me
This is what I preach.
Her eye brows raise and the magic of the world is what she claims to see.
My being, a trigger to those seeking more from all the wrong places
I will always be me
Free.
You cant deny me and I defy the norms
Born a mystic to discover
A pain develops inside as I swallow what I want to say.
I close my eyes and say I have nothing to hide.
Guidance is divine and its not my time to shine
They can have this world and the spirits and the magic
Because true love is from above
The one who made me
Gave me
And saved me
And that’s all I need to breathe…to be Me.
